Can we add file to document of records from mobile web browser

Summary

Add a file option is not working in mobile responsive page while accessed from mobile web browser.

We were trying to add a file to document of records in mobile responsive page while accessed from mobile web browser.  Where as this works when accessed from desktop browser.

But upon clicking the "Add file" option , nothing renders.
