When i tried to Reopen the finally closed po header, Line status has been cancelled

Purchase order was finally closed as we want to do some receipt correction, Hence we have reopend the finally closed po but eventually po line was cancelled automatically but it allowed us to correct the receipt even though the purchase order is finally closed.
