I am looking for anyone having loaded worker pictures into HCM Cloud. Are there any tips or tricks that worked out for you regarding resolution, size apart from oracle recommendations? When we try loading a few pictures manually, we are having to re-center some of them so the focus is on the employee's face. Anyone out there who has experienced this? What did you do to work around it?
