EPBCS to FCCS Integration using FCCS DM

We are facing an issue with mapping FCCS specific dimensions (like Multi GAAP, Data Source...etc) for a location in FCCS Data Management, where EPBCS is the source and target is FCCS. 

DM is not picking any mappings for FCCS specific dimensions but for common dimension like Account and Entity, it is picking up mappings.

Has anyone come across such issue and are aware of any steps / workarounds to make this work.
