18C - Over 6 ways to submit a transaction - difficult to manage?

Hello,

There is a great new 'change assignment' workflow in 18C, although without approvals tagged we're not quite ready to use it, however, I have just counted 6 different places where a change can be submitted, all of which have either no way or different ways to modify the content.

Please could oracle designers review this to streamline the actions, as it gets really confusing as to what actions appear where...
