Configure examples of Dynamic Pools (YARN) by default

Use Case and Business Need

  • Cluster maybe shared between different people/divisions inside customer
  • Some jobs may higher priority rather than others
  • When trying to create Dynamic Service Pools, it's possible to make some mistakes
  • It would be beneficial to put some best practice in default pool configuration

Proposed solution:
By default create 3 Dynamic pools:

  • Low
  • Medium
  • High

Each pool will be purposed for certain criticality of the jobs
