This note pertains to Send email functionality for orders in initial draft status.

What are we recommending:

If you are an Order Management Cloud customer who is currently on release 18B or 18C or planning to move to 19A when it becomes available and if you wish to send the Order report through email for orders in initial draft status (Order never having been submitted), we recommend the following workaround:

  1. Go to Actions - > Create Document
  2. Choose the View menu
  3. Click on Print icon and Save as PDF
