BI Publisher creates newline in RTF output

When I export document from BI Publisher as RTF, it creates a newline after each sentence written in a table row. I have to manually erase it. Why is that so? The height of row is 6 mm and exact. It doesn't work with setting the height to 'At least' either. Also there is no spacing before or after the sentence. However it is formatted to be in center.
I would appreciate some help. Please see the image attached.
