How to restrict access of dashboard prompt depends on the user role

Can we restrict access of dashboard prompt depends on the user roleContent
My requirement is to create one dashboard releated goals.so if the user is line manager ,user can access only his direct reports and if he is HR ,user can access all departments employees.So in the dashboard prompt department prompt should visible only to HR. How to hide the prompt based on the user role?
