Triggering Automated Checklist Based on Assignment Change

Hi Guys,

 

     I was trying to trigger Automated Checklist based on a custom action during Assignment Update. But the Checklist is not getting triggered.

 

It is working fine During Hire of an Employee or During Termination of an Employee. But our requirement is to trigger checklist when there is an update on Assignment with specific action. Can you please let me know if it is feasible?
