Disability Information to be captured in ESS for India

Hi,

We need to give flexibility to employees for capturing the disability details, but as in fusion for India , we dont have disability feature in ESS (employee self service)however it is there from HR Specialist end in Manage person page. We suggested our client to use content type and items to store in Talent profile section, but client does not agree to this. Hence i wanted to know, is there any way through which we can give Indian employees to capture these details or how others have met this ask.
