R13 Upgrade Hire/Rehire Not Showing

After upgrade, hires/rehires process fine and seem to approve but do not show up in Person Mgmt screenContent
We just finished the upgrade to our test instance. All the hires/rehires we process as part of testing are not showing up. There is no error in the actual hire/rehire screen and the workflow gets triggered and auto approved due to our roles. I see the approval in BPM that the hire was completed, but the person is not showing up in Person Mgmt screen or in BI reports.
Anyone else have this happen, or have ideas on what is wrong? This worked fine prior to the upgrade in our test instance.
