Not able to see Personal Info and Contact Information card post 18 C

Post 18 C upgrade, we are not able to see Personal Info and Contact Information card under Personal Info page.

These pages were mobile-responsive. It used to be present in 18 B upgrade but no longer are visible.

We are not able to see both the cards for seeded employee role as well.

Could you please help us to know if any configuration needs to achieved in order to make this enabled.
