Mass load Users/Roles into Manage Privileges

Summary

Manage Priviliges appears to reset after each quarterly update.

We have a few changes in place within manage privileges to deal with BI Security, such as access to exporting, dashboard and other changes.

After each quarterly update, the items within manage privileges seem to change back to the default setting. e.g. 'BI Consumer' - Access to Export'.

Is it possible to load these settings into Manage Privileges, without the manual work after each update.

Any? most likely a hack, We haven't managed to find any information that supports bulk loading into the manage privileges area of BI.
