I am triying migrate Value sets to other instance through FSM.  created implementation project , while creating configuration Package add button is disabled. here i want to add value set names that i want migrate.  I am able to add Fasf Formulas for  Manage Fast Formulas Task. In similar way i am trying to add  value sets for Manage Value Sets Task. This is disabled for Value Sets and Lookups.
