Storing and archiving textual information

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to store and archive textual information in EPRCS.  Each month, the textual information will change and I will need to keep track of history. Is it possible to do this using Reference Doclet?  Otherwise, does the back-end cube in EPRCS allow storage of textual information?  Any ideas?
