How do you create Groups and allocate users to the Groups for EPRCS

Hi

We would like to set up Groups for report package access purposes, instead of provisioning individual users to report packages. How do we go about creating a Group in EPRCS? Is this done within the application or within My Cloud Services? Would appreciate the steps of how to do this.
