Change [current] RE to USD Override Amount

Hello,

We have a certain number of entities that must have a consistent (in USD) amount, I changed the Exchange Rate Type to Historical Amount Override but cannot enter an override amount.

Two questions

  1. Will FCCS allow for RE USD Overrides
  2. is there a specific POV to be on?  I have tried several
