Hello Gurus,

Request your inputs/ thoughts on the "recommended for re-hire information" we capture while terminating a worker. Our understanding is that when we try to rehire the same person, this information is not made available through a pop up or any other means. We are not sure how to make it part of the re-hire flow.

Please let us know how you have taken advantage of this field or any innovative ways you can think of for usage of this information.
