Issues with some users launching Learning Plans from My Tasks

Is anyone else having issues with users not being able to launch learning plans from My tasks? We are using the old course player and have had no issues until the past week. We are having users that are trying to click on the Learning Plan title but nothing happens, the actions and other pieces are just spinning like it con't connect. 

 

I have attached the issue as one person is seeing it. Same thing seems to be happening for the few others. Normal courses with the launch button work fine.
