502 Bad Gateway

I can't access instance through port 80

Hi guys,

I'm still in the trying stage and I have problem with reaching the instance using web-browsers.
The error: 502 Bad Gateway
I did the following:
1- Created VCN.

2- Created a compute instance with Linux Ubuntu and installed Apache server and PHP using ssh connection.
3- Configured the linux firewall to allow port 80.
4- Created a load balancer with a BackEnd Set and added the instance.
5- Added a load balancer listener to port 80.
6- Created security lists to allow traffic from all out resources on port 80 and even between the subnets.
