To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

No name is defaulting in Primary Point of Contact while creating service request as EmployeeContent
Dear Team,
Need some assistance.
I have added Create Service Request privilege to custom Employee Role.
SVC_CREATE_SR_PRIV
PER_CREATE_SR_FROM_HCM_PRIV
Now when I try creating Service Request as an Employee, Primary Point of Contact is not coming up. When I try searching I am not getting any name.
I have regenerated Employee Role. When I add Human Resource Specialist View All, it works. This clearly indicates HR Helpdesk requires some additional data privilege but there is no documentation available on what that privilege is?
