Hi All,
We are not using talent management/Performance management, we wanted to add the historical PAS ratings for ex.3 years ratings in HCM under manage persons and it should be accessible to all employees(ESS). We have EITS, can we store it in EITS and make it available for ESS. Has anyone done something similar or is there any best way to achieve this.
