I am sorry but I have no clue as to what this is or what it does or how it works.

I know what it is not:

• Not AICC
• Not SCORM
• Not created in the WYSIWYG editor

But only knowing what it is not does not explain what it is; it still remains undefined.

Not knowing what is, we have no way to use it.
