    ADF Errors in Learn

    Experiencing ADF errors in Cloud Learn for both the learner and the learning specialists. Unable to view historical courses and unable to assign training at Course or Specialization.

    Content

    We are receiving ADF errors when accessing Oracle Cloud Learn in two areas. This is preventing us from assigning training at the Course and Specialization level. Also, our learners cannot view their learning history.

    As a Learning Specialist: My Client Groups > Learning > Learning Catalog > Courses/Specialization > Learners. When we click on Learners from within the course options, we get the ADF error. 
    As a Learner: Me > Learning > View Transcript. Page doesn't load. ADF Error appears. Can't click back.
