Emailing direct to the Oracle mailbox

Hi,

The majority of email we receive is routed through our Exchange mailboxes which have forwarding in place to send on to the Oracle mailbox.

We would like to get an idea of the level of customers and clients that may directly email the Oracle mailbox and bypass the Exchange routing. Please can anyone advise on the best way to approach assessing this in report?
