RUI - HR Pages

Hello

We are on 18C and enabled the relevant profile options however the HR workflows mentioned in the documentation are not RUI enabled via the HR pages, i.e. Springboard icon navigation such as New Person, for example 'Hire an Employee' page remains in the classic UI.

The quick actions have changed to the RUI page.  Is the expectation that the pages via My Workforce should also be RUI enabled as part of 18C?
