Learning Plan Widget not working since 18D update

Summary

When I add a learning plan to a category the learning plan is not showing up in the Category Widget. Learning plans that were in the category before the update will show up on the category Widget.

When I add a learning plan to a category the learning plan is not showing up in the Category Widget.  Learning plans that were in the category before the update will show up on the category Widget.

Anyone else seeing this issue?
