Dear All,

We have had an recent implementation of DCS for one of the Customer who had multiple business units implemented in Engagement Cloud. We also did the relevant configuration in Service Side. 

I will try to tell what the issue is. 

As we have multiple business units, we created different DCS Applications for each. (Refer the below link for the same)

(Only one business unit is supported per Digital Customer Service application.)

Now whenever the user Signs up using the Account Key and gets his request approved, the user would receive an email to reset his password. Once he clicks the link, the system will navigate to Engagement Cloud Login(This is how it is - Delivered Functionality). Actually he should have been redirected to the DCS Application, but this is not how it happens.
