Inactive Enrollment

Hi All,

Does anyone can help me how to make and enrollment inactive and do not impact users transcript?

I am trying to retire an enrollment, but every time that I make the enrollment inactive, the user is no longer able to see its completion uder My Transcript.

What am I missing?
