Can they be configured globally or have to be set by userContent
- Email notifications:
- Is there a way for service admin to globally change the frequency for notifications. I noticed that user has many options under My Notifications section but was wondering if this can be applied for all
This is what business wants:
- If not complete should inform 2 days before
- If late should inform the next day and repeat the late notification
- If complete should not give any notification
- Is it possible to send condensed email (1 email for multiple tasks that are due). Can this be a future enhancement request?
