  1. Email notifications:

 

  • Is there a way for service admin to globally change the frequency for notifications. I noticed that user has many options under My Notifications section but was wondering if this can be applied for all

 

This is what business wants:

  • If not complete should inform 2 days before
  • If late should inform the next day and repeat the late notification
  • If complete should not give any notification
  • Is it possible to send condensed email (1 email for multiple tasks that are due). Can this be a future enhancement request?
