Can we create custom reporting on the payee/payment ifnormaiton that is used for one time payments?

It is my understanding that we are unable to use the 1099 functionality within Oracle if we are using the one time payment function introduced in R13.  However, can we do separate reporting on this information?  As a company we combine payment information from multiple systems into a centralized 1099 process and I was hoping that this information could follow the same process.
