Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else is impacted by this? We have approx 15 SCORM learns in HCM learn module, eg. offerings and courses. All of them stopped distributing after we patched to 18C. We've raised an SR with Oracle and bug (28946636).

Every night we run two process to assign employees learning courses. 

1. Evaluate Person IDs for Assignments 
2. Reconcile Dynamic Assignments 

Since 18C the jobs seem to be running successfully however the workers are not being assigned their courses. We use analysis to determine who gets which courses.
