My Team View Only Displays First Page of Users - Learn Plans Don't Expand

We are experiencing problems with My Team View (classic) becoming frozen when trying to display the next page of users. It displays the first page, but hangs up with trying to load next page of users or when selecting specific pages from the drop down. We are also experiencing problems with Learn Plans not expanding when the + sign is clicked. We've cleared the cache/browsing history. Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?
