Description of what Action Type to use

edited Dec 10, 2018 8:12PM in Human Capital Management 3 comments

Summary

Looking for documentation on what Action Type controls when creating a new Action

Content

When creating a new Action and choosing an associated Action Type, is there documentation to show what UI pages the Action Type controls visibility to each Action.  Ex. If I create an Action with 'Hire an Employee' action type, the action will show in the LOV for New Person>Hire an Employee form.

I am trying to get a mapping of the Action Type to the form the Action will be seen on, specifically for more ambiguous Action Types like 'Change Employment' and 'Update Job'
