Reassign Requisition by Requester - Updating only Preparer and not the Requester in the Requisition line.

When a Req is reassigned by Requester using the Actions --> Reassign Requester it is updating the preparer in the Req and not the requester.

Is there anything we will need to do to have both the preparer and requester to be updated?
