Report to find count of 'Request of Non Catalog learning' using OTBI

Hi All,

We are looking to find the count and details of requests which came through Request for Non Catalog Learning from Learners/Managers. Suggest if this can be achieved using OTBI as I couldn't find any information which will help in getting this data. More it will be highly appreciable if any sample BIP report with this similar requirement can be shared.
