Hello Community,
I am reaching out to you as I am trying to understand if something is possible.
We would like to set up a recurrence for compliance courses. Let's say certain courses need to be completed by members of staff on a yearly basis. So we would like to configure a mechanism that would automatically enrol users to a compliance course every 11.5 month and send out reminders to the respective users. Is that possible? If it is not possible with shipped features, is there any other way? Maybe a TCC style solution where external scripting would interact with the system to make the system meet the requirement?
