How to terminate's someones assignment 100%
Content
Hi,
Let's talk about Jo Bloggs.
- Jo Bloggs no longer works for us
- In PER_PERSON_NAMES_F, Jo has an EFFECTIVE_END_DATE of (4712-12-31T00:00:00.000+00:00)
- In PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M, Jo has two records with an EFFECTIVE_END_DATE of (4712-12-31T00:00:00.000+00:00) (where one has an assignment status type of ACTIVE)
- In PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F etc etc
- In most tables.... etc etc
- However, in PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE Jo has one record with ACTUAL_TERMINATION_DATE of when they actually left
So in summary, almost every table has no end date for one particular assignment. The only place close to saying they do not exist is PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE. How can this be fixed? How can we end date previous assignments and therefore cleansing the data elsewhere
