Can anyone tell me if you have come across a similar issue or if you do not have this issue and we can therefore share information?

We have a situation at the moment where we have an annual leave year of January to December.  Employees are now trying to book leave for 2019, however some receive an error stating they do not have enough balance and some are able to book ok.  Apparently this is due to the system looking at what balance is remaining for 2018 still (because the accrual is not yet run for Jan 2019)
