ADFdi excel addin installer- need solution to install it for all managers users

Hi,
we are using workforce compensation for annual process, and we need to install for employees this add on in the excel.
IT asked to get the file in MSI type in order to use SCCM.
is someomne did somethink similar amd had solution how we can do it for all managers autuomaticlly.
this is urgent as we plan to start the process in June.
