Automatic TOC - Pages with No Headers

How to get a title on the Automatic TOC if there is no header on page

Hi,

We have some pages in our report that do not have headers.  These pages need to be listed int he TOC.  Is there a way to add these titles to the Automatic TOC without having headers?
