In a DC that houses a multitude of items and have mixed SKU's in their pick faces, it becomes increasingly difficult to ensure 100% SKU accuracy per location.  When a picker gets to location and the item is not there, they wil skip the item and continue with their pick.  At the end of the task the user is asked to go back to the skipped location.  At this point the picker goes out of their task and leaves the whole task at inventory to pick up and complete.  During peak, this becomes almost unmanageable, and one item could potentially
