Uploading shiifts

Is there a way to upload shifts to HCM?

Our retail customer does not have predefined shifts for their workers in their retail stores. Their worker's shifts are changed weekly and assigned at the start of every week. Is there a workaround to randomly assign shifts to workers?

I am aware that work schedules can be uploaded, but the question is for shifts specifically.
