Cannot Update/Add Primary Address

Unable to select a primary address for former employees

Content

We have two former employees that do not have a primary address listed that is causing issues with our w-2's.  We have not found a way to select a primary address as an administrator, with the only way we have found to update this is having the employee select the primary address in self-service which is not an option for former employees.  Is there a way an administrator can select an address as the primary address?
