Specifically related to Time Cards...Is this expected functionality or do delegates have the ability to search for an employee via Time Management in order to approve Time Cards?  Is this something that needs to be turned on?  The notifications don't provide the level of detail (i.e. OT and rounding) delegates need to approve.  Also, sometimes the delegation is set up after an employee has already submitted a time card, so the delegate needs to be able to located the time card in order to approve since they didn't receive the notification.
