Alerts Composer - Home Email?

Trying to get Home Email to be available as part of Alerts Composer

Hello,

Been experimenting with Alerts Composer as part of 18C.

We want to sent an email alert to a employees Home Email but cannot find the 'Home Email' within the expression dialog boxes, I've tried to amend the 'Work Email' expression to say Home Email but this does not seem to work (no error message, just the alert never seems to pull across the right email address)

Any ideas on the expression language to pull a employees Home Email into this?
