Call a PCS process taking inputs from VBCS screen

I need help to call a process after taking inputs from a VBCS screen. I am unable to send screen parameters.

I need help to call a process after taking inputs from a VBCS screen. I have come across the option of integrating a process with a submit button on the screen but not able to send screen parameters captured in the screen to the PCS process.

1) Do I need to make any changes in my process also which option do I select to start the process while creating the process?

2)  Is any form required in the process to display those data to the approver ?
