Area of Responsibilities in Approval

Hi,

I have a question about the approval notifications. Once a time card is approved by a line manager then it's set up to be approved by the HR Rep.

I just wonder, if the HR Rep will be receiving all the notifications and is there a way, we can turn off notifications for the HR Rep only as they will be mass approving timesheets end of each week, hence it's not mandatory to send email notifications.
