Unable to load Organization - Organization Zone mapping

Hi Experts,

I am trying to use out-of-box "Organization Zone" Hierarchy, which contains two levels 1) Organization and 2) Organization Zone

I am using "ScpCustomHierarchyImportTemplate.xlsm" template for loading member values. I am getting below error "Please specify Parent Level Member Name for Zone and relaunch custom hierarchy generation".

Can anyone please help to resolve this issue.
